Porn Viewers Support Affirmative Action For Women

Last week, I told you about a new study that found watching porn made men and women less likely to support affirmative action for women.

Pornography gets blamed for a lot of problems, which I understand because it’s supposed to be a bad, bad thing.

When I saw the headline, “Porn Viewing Impacts Attitudes on Women in the Workplace” my reaction was something like, “That can’t be true…can it?”

I had to put the theory that people who watch pornography are less likely to support affirmative action to the test. So we ran a poll to either confirm or deny this study’s findings and I’m happy to report that it’s not true!

3,452 people voted in our poll and 2,779 (81% of voters) said that they support affirmative action for women. Keep in mind that the people that voted are not only people who have watched pornography in the last two years (like the original study), but people who were currently watching pornography.

So now we’re at a stalemate.

The study says people who watch porn are less likely to support affirmative action for women. Our survey says that only 19% do not support affirmative action for women.

What we need to do now is ask another question.

You see, the researchers wrote that, “Pornography often presents women as sexual objects deserving of degradation, and even aggression. In alignment with these depictions, prior studies have found that pornography viewers are more likely to hold a variety of antisocial attitudes towards women.”

Since the majority of you porn watching perverts do support affirmative action for women, I need to know what your attitudes towards women are.

So tell me, how do you feel about women?
