Excellent question, Mila! There are plenty of things you can do to make your vagina feel tighter!

The first thing I would recommend trying, if you haven’t already, is Kegel exercises.

What are Kegel exercises?

Kegel exercises are the rhythmic clenching and unclenching of the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. The PC muscles are the muscles that hold your pelvic organs in place and control urine flow. They are also the muscles that contract when you orgasm.

To be perfectly honest, Kegel exercises won’t actually tighten up your vagina. They will tone and strengthen your vaginal muscles which will boost your arousal. Doing Kegel exercises will also help have a tighter grip during sex and more intense orgasms.

So how does one perform Kegel exercises? Well, I’m not a doctor but MayoClinic.org might as well be. Let’s look at how they recommend you perform Kegel exercises:

Now you shouldn’t be doing your Kegels while emptying your bladder. That’s just to locate the muscles. If you make a habit of starting and stopping your urination, you could actually weaken your PC muscles or worse, get a bladder infection.

So through hard work and determination, you can make your vagina stronger, which would more than make up for any looseness you’re feeling down there.

However, if you’re not interested in doing three sets of 10 Kegel exercises a day, maybe you’re better off trying these sex positions that should make your vagina feel tighter.

Legs-up Missionary

As the name suggests, this sex position is just like the missionary sex position but your legs are up rather than open. Positioning your legs up will cause your vagina to squeeze the penis tightly and allow for deeper penetration.

If you find that you still feel loose even with your legs up, try crossing your ankles or knees. By crossing your legs, you’re bringing the two sides of the vaginal wall together, which means more friction. More friction means more pleasure for both of you!

Down Doggy

As the name suggests, this sex position is just like the doggy style sex position but instead of on your knees you want to be flat on your stomach with your legs straight and closed.

Entering from behind with your legs closed should make your vagina feel like its never been tighter. If not, at least you’re in a position to have very tight anal sex.

Lotus Position

Have your man sit Indian style (sorry, I know it’s politically incorrect but how else am I supposed to communicate it?) on a flat surface. Straddle him, lowering yourself onto his penis, then wrap your legs around his back. This is a hard position to get a good rhythm in, so just take things slow and sensual and let the friction do the work.

Standing Sex

Stand up against a wall and have your partner enter you. When having standing sex, your legs are more or less together so the friction of the vaginal wall pressing against the penis will make your vagina feel super tight.

If facing each other isn’t working, you can just turn around and touch your toes. While bent over with your legs together, let your partner enter you. If your vagina doesn’t feel tight, the view alone will drive him wild.
