Used GIMP and VLC.
Loaded VLC with screen filter to pull images.
Used Gimp to load images.
Cropped content to reduce size.
Added text.
Scaled first to acceptable resolution to prevent quality loss
Then indexed to 256 with positional to ensure no issues.
